Eric Conn, Co-founder, COO, is an entrepreneurial technology executive who conceptualized and founded Gloto after serving as Vice-President Engineering, General Manager, and COO of Solipsys Corporation, acquired by Raytheon in 2003. While at Solipsys, Eric led development of Solipsys' enterprise software products as well as the implementation of the NORAD Contingency Suite (NCS) air defense system, deployed throughout the US immediately after 9/11/2001. Prior to Solipsys, he held senior engineering roles at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. He holds a BS in Computer Science/Mathematics from UMBC, an MS in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University, and serves on the External Advisory Board of the Alex Brown Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Maryland.
Tony Jacobs, Vice-President Technology, is an experienced software developer, systems engineer, and project manager. Previously, he focused on correlation, fusion, displays, and system design at Solipsys Corporation, serving as the Technical Director, Software, and Systems Engineering Lead for several US Department of Defense programs. Tony has extensive knowledge as a C++ and Java developer and has been as an adjunct professor at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis MD. He received his BSEE and BSCS degrees from the University of Maryland.
Warren Citrin, Co-founder, Director, is an accomplished businessman and engineer who received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2003. Warren led numerous system engineering and radar processing programs over his 18-year career at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, before co-founding Solipsys Corporation in 1996. As CEO of Solipsys, he provided strategic vision and leadership to grow the company before it was sold to Raytheon, a Fortune 50 company, in 2003. He received a BSEE from the University of South Carolina, and an MS in Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Eric Eller, Advisor, is a successful sales, marketing, and technology executive with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions for the online and mobile media and advertising industries. Prior to joining Gloto, Eric served as SVP Products & Marketing at Millennial Media, where he led the launch and growth of the largest mobile advertising network in the US. Previously, Eric held senior roles at Advertising.com (now AOL), leading technology, product, and sales teams as well as launching the company’s international operations. Eric holds bachelors and masters degrees in mechanical engineering from The Whiting School of Engineering at The Johns Hopkins University.
Marie-Celine Takatsuno, Advisor, is the founder of Gracepoint, Inc., a strategic development consultancy guiding growth-stage companies in interactive marketing and media technology. She brings Gloto more than 15 years experience leading startup teams, and a strong background working with online advertising and e-commerce solution providers. She has directed business development and marketing initiatives at companies including Keibi Technologies (now Lithium) and Teracent (now Google), and led sales and strategic alliances at Commission Junction, a ValueClick company. She studied advertising and design at the Academy of Art University, and holds a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco.
